Coenzyme Q10 200 mg twice daily. Aids oxygen flow to the brain; protects heart tissue.  Also acts as an antioxidant to protect cells and the lungs.
Grape Seed Extract As directed on label. Helps to protect and repair the lungs.
Vitamin B complex

 

 

and
folic acid

100 mg of each major B vitamin daily.

 

 

400 mcg daily.

Necessary in cellular enzyme systems often damaged in smokers.

Needed for the formation of red blood cells; important for healthy cell division and replication.

Vitamin C with bioflavonoids 5,000 to 20,000 mg daily. Important antioxidant that protects against cell damage.  Smoking drastically depletes the body of vitamin C.
Vitamin E Start with 200 IU daily and increase by 200 IU each month, up to 800 IU daily. One of the most important antioxidants, needed to protect cells and organs from damage by the smoke.
     
Vitamin A 25,000 IU daily.  If you are pregnant, do not exceed 10,000 IY daily. Antioxidants that aid in the healing of mucous membranes.  Important for lung protection.
Zinc 50-80 mg daily.  Do not exceed a total of 100 mg daily from all supplements. Important in immune function.
Liver DTX Complex As directed on label. Detoxifies the liver.
Multivitamin and mineral complex with selenium As directed on label.
